A year after I got my Egg 16 years ago, I decided my Dad needed one too (so I had one to cook on when I visited ). Now I've pretty much had to move in for a while to take care of Mom while Dad is in the hospital recovering from a fall. I'm sure glad I got him that Medium.
Did a couple of stress-relief comfort food cooks the last few days.

Meatloaf on the Egg is just the best.


I love the color on the pork from the cherry smoke and Dizzy Pig Crossroads rub.
