Thanks. This one was a Red Baron. I forget which version but it had a thin crust. Probably a Supreme of some kind. We like everything but rice and gravy on our pizzas.

We think Sam's Choice thin crust supreme is the best, especially after adding a few items to it. We buy ours in our Neighborhood Walmart. Apparently, they are popular with a lot of people because they sell out sometimes. That's why the Red Baron.

Most Eggheads know that even a cheap frozen pizza tastes better when cooked on the Egg.

We also bought a 'box' of Sam's Club pizza dough from their in-store pizza place. We actually thought we were getting like a 4-dough-ball box, but it turned out to be a case. We froze some, gave some away, made bread with it, and cooked a lot of pizzas. But I have to admit, it was some of the best pizza dough we've eaten anywhere.

Of course, our favorite for lunch is two burrito size flour tortillas filled with habanero shredded cheese between them, then a full range of other ingredients. It's easy and delicious.

This is the last pizza I made from scratch.

And here's one done using tortillas.

It only takes one time to figure out the tortilla pizza. After that, it just gets better.
