would sure love to see someone write a *good* BGE guide then because I'm still trying to "learn" and not getting super far. sorry, pet peeve, "oh just learn how to cook with the egg..." THEN TELL ME HOW! lol

OP, I'm in the process of gathering parts & getting ready to put one of these together: https://store.heatermeter.com/ it's not a turnkey but a lot cheaper & utilizes temp probes you might already own from thermoworks. I'm trying to move on from an original Stoker Dad left me with his egg last spring.
