Hey Faith,

The day you posted this it got up to 89.9 here. Today it was a beautiful 82 and by Friday should be back into the upper 80's again. I'm loving this dry heat. :-)

A doctor once told me that a tan helps filter out vitamin D and that if you wash with to harsh a soap you can actually wash vitamin D off! He started me on an over the counter vitamin D supplement which I figure can't hurt.
