I’m like C-Q on this one!

I grilled hamburgers last night...inside...using a cast iron skillet to achieve the mallard reaction grilling perfection!

Tonight was what I call a make ahead (some people call left overs) meal of “Mennonite Pie” which is a delicious Italian casserole.

Then tomorrow’s supper is probably our second most favorite meal...beef stroganoff using 2# of ribeye cubes in a recipe given to us by a dear lady friend over 40+ years ago. This recipe is NOT a quickie meal and I already have 2 hours in to it and before all said and done tomorrow I will have spent at least another 3 hours!

BUT we LOVE this MEAL!!!!...

and no...it is inside and not on our BGEs!
