There are a lot of YouTube videos showing the way to cut up a turkey, but some videos are so poorly done that you really don't get much from them. And some utilize the traditional method of carving a turkey, albeit with poor results due to lack of a good knife or knowledge of how the ritual should be performed to get maximum benefit. And some show a better way to carve and serve a turkey.

When I first watched this chef's video a few years ago I think it was the first time I actually realized the importance of 'preparation' (i.e. knowledge and a well-sharpened knife) mixed with 'presentation' (the culmination of all the thought and effort put into a well planned Thanksgiving Dinner.)

I just had to share it with my Egghead Friends.
