you can use the meat in the sauce that you prefer........lean lamb, liver and other offal, beef and pork, beef and chicken with giblets, sausage, only tomato sauce with a big bone, the possibilities are many, you can use all your fantasy..........

perfect dough, the noodle is of the correct thickness, I think hard and rough, good........

the bechamel sauce looks creamy and soft and not hard, good........

good crispy corners and border side........

perfect job Adam, I'm glad I exchanged something,...........just a little sad to have missed the taste

........Cooking is a way to communicate.........

ingredients: knowledge is crucial to good use
technique: never stop learning
imagination: to identify the feeling you want to transmit
fantasy: to see beyond the dish
passion: devote all of yourself
cooking chef: all of the above
