Went out to our local fish dock yesterday to get some grouper but because of our bad weather the past week none of the boats had been out.
They did have some nice Sea Bass in the cooler though

Sea Bass flesh is about as white as any fish you will eve see. Spread on a little mayo and some DP Tsunami Spin

Egged on my Frogmat raised at 450 for about 8min/side

I usually do the sprouts on the egg too, but last night Mickey did them inside. We blanch them for a couple of minutes, cool and split them lenghtwise, then hit them with a little Pam and S&P, put them in a vege basket on the egg or do a quick saute on the stove

Plated with some salad Another simple meal that was delicious and healthy too!
