I've been playing again. This time it's about cooking with a wok. I hope you enjoy it.

TJV (Tom Vogds) first introduced me to wok cooking in Fredericksburg, Texas a long time ago.

Needless to say, I didn't know a thing about how to cook on one but Richard Florida did and he shared his knowledge and experience with everyone. He still does.

I purchased a wok and now own three: two 15" hammered steel woks, and a Mini Wok that Mickey made popular last year. They are fun to cook on.

For this video, I used all of the images I could find posted by Eggheads going back as far as 2001. I may have missed some but only because the poster didn't mention that it was about woking.

Anyway, I hope the video shows everyone that a wok is a good accessory for an Egghead to have and will give you some ideas of what to cook in your wok.
