I've done a butt low and slow a few times and they keep getting better each time. This time I wanted to do try a butt and a brisket at the same time. I need some guidance on temps and time estimations.

Can I cook them both at 225-250 with the assumption of 1.5-2 hours per pound?

Butt over Brisket or Brisket over Butt?

Brisket-fat side down or up?

BTW-probably doing a 9-10lbs butt so the brisket I would think would be 6-7.

Suggestions and pointers always welcome. Everyone have a great Easter and thanks for the help!

GO DAWGS!!
