Threw in a Mini evening party to celebrate son's graduation MSc International Relations from Bristol University UK and daughter's birthday yesterday. Here with wife & husband:

Started with some Herb Crusted Cedar Planked Lamb Chops With Feta Topping, here the raws: Fresh Mint, garlic, lemon zest, EVOO, bread crumbs, and two rib racks

Ended up with 18 delicious chops ready to go to the Mini

Used the plank only to get the cedar flavour and then direct at 380* dome

A nice Picanha was next in order

On the spades, then rubbed with mustard, and rubbed with DP's Dizzy Dust

Jimmy thaught they wouldn't fit in the Mini, but .....seared at 600*......

Pulled at 140* internal

Accompanied with a nice Principe de Viana 2007.

A wonderful evening was had by all

Monterrey, México.
