Luv horseradish sauce.
Here is a recipe I "Borrowed" from YB several years ago and wasabi is a good compliment to it. Did you send me the package yet? Happy Holidays!

I have used this one for years.This sauce goes great on Beef or Pork Tenderloin.


INGREDIENTS:
8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese,softened
8 oz Dukes Mayonnaise,none of that diet stuff
2 Tbs Kraft Creamy Horseradish
2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 Green Onion Tops,finely chopped
1 tsp Lemon juice

2010/01/01---Went to a friends for New Years Eve and he did 2-4 boned prime ribs with the bones previously removed. Cooked on Large BGE for about 1 1/2 hours at 375F. Pulled at 123F.Rested 30 minutes tented in HDAF.Took YB's recipe and added 2 large tablespoons of wasabi horse radish. Great compliment to the meat. Thanks YB!
