What a blast. The folks at Ace Hardware did a bang up job on their first Eggfest. Met lots of friendly folks and great cooks and had fun to boot! Here's some more pix:
Slot Mercenary

Slicing of MEAT!

Lawrence, great guy, making pineaple.

Pete, on the right.....thanks for all your help!

Gordon on right...forgot name of the lady on the left.

Was a little nervous, but the class went well...at least that's what they said ;-)

Jennifer cooked some amazing biscuit thingys with sausage.

Poolman cooked up some major food with HungryMan.

Heather may not have caught a fish, but she jumped in and cooked a really creative dish for the afterparty. She was working with our new friend Michael who took 2nd place in the peoples choice.

The Monday morning view from our amazing hotel room in Tuckaway Shores, Indilantic, FL! Very nice staff, clean rooms, quiet beach.

I'd recommend putting this one on your schedules for next year...including a stay at Tuckaway after the fest! Thanks again to all the folks at Ace and our friends for making us feel so welcome.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Chris
