It is all Gator Bait's fault.

He got me looking at the cooking channel about the Wok Shop in San Francisco and some great oriental recipes.

Had just bought some roast pork this morning from an oriental store so decided to do some pork fried rice on my new toy. Normally I would have done on my large BGE but the new toy is so much fun to wok on.

The Raws:





Scrambled eggs and garlic chives:





Crispy Roast Pork, Lup Chung sweet pork sausage and some carmelized onions:



The usual peas and carrots:






Add the rice to an empty wok with a little oil and stir to get a little crispy, then some soy sauce and mixed all up. Not lots of soy or the rice will be mushy.

Cooking on my new toy, a street vendor wok cooker from Thailand.




Added some diced water chestnuts and re-hydrated black mushrooms and it was done.
