Not sure if this qualifies as aged but it just got found in the freezer.

Marinated in soy and fish sauce w/black pepper and garlic powder.



Date on label is 09/30/09 and weight 2.26 lbs



Cooked on small at 550F on Himalayan salt block about 10-12 minutes and pulled at 125F depending on spot of thermapen reading.



Served with a baked spud and brussel sprouts.



Got plenty left for sammies tomorrow.
