I got the oval pizza stone from Tom at Ceramic Grill Store and I tried cooking 2 pizzas at once...and it worked like a charm ...Here is the set up and the cook.

The BGE is loaded & lit and ready to go:



The spider and the large pizza stone as a barrier:



Next the adjustable rig and the oval stone:



then the raised rig and the pizza stone for the small





I had made dough for 2 small pizzas:



The BGE had 3 pizza stones in it and still got over 600 degrees:



Cooking away:







Perfect crust:







This was easy and a great way to do 2 pies at once. I could have done a large & small pie just as easily if the dough had been the right size.
