Recently I did a ribeye on a himalayan salt block. It was great so I decided to do pork steaks tonight.

Got small to 475 and placed meat on for 3 minutes per side. This is an interesting new toy. The Himalayan Salt block.

It was a very moist piece of pork and great flavor.
