Whole Foods had some nice looking oysters (from Maine) so I had my personal shucker shuckem out on the balcony.

Gotta have some Garlic butta and parmesan cheeesse on them~

On the 400 degree Large BGE~ oh yea, and I had to make more jalepeno poppers...

The oysters were done in about 10 minutes~

While the poppers took longer~

And yea, we ate them all! No leftovers, AGAIN!

FYI, here is the board we used to shuck the oysters. It works well and holds the oyster steady so you have less chance of stabbing yourself with the oyster knife.
No trip to the emergency room this time, yay!

Thanks for lookin, friends.

We are finally moving to Florida (part time) and can’t wait for those. I bought a knife and glove about 3 years ago and it’s never been used. Put them in a box headed to Florida tonight. Getting ready for the close.
Will bring a Large and the Mini orMini-Max.

Thanks, Boatman. If you love them raw, I am sure you would like them grilled.

Hi Mickey. Congrats on the part time move to FL. Get some oysters when you get here to celebrate!

I'm assuming the panhandle area where you always vacation?
