Stuffed Portobello

Portobellos were on sale, so I whipped up a stuffing of sautéed onions, garlic, bell pepper, mushroom stems, celery, Italian sausage, a can of diced mushrooms, cheese, and some Panko breadcrumbs. Stuffed 'em, on the Medium for about an hour at 310ish, with some more cheese on top halfway through. Came out really good.

Thanks. Yes, they are silicone grill mats, and they are great for meat loaf and fish too. I think I got from the BBQ Guru company years ago. I haven't seen anything quite like them since.
