I bought a lodge 10.25 Inch Made in America Skillet 2019. But is came withouta a cover which I knew. Now I can get a glass cover of a cast iron one with the self basting teats, so which would you get??? My 5 qt. dutch oven has the lid with the cast iron teats so it is self basting.

The skillet.

Hi Bordello,

I also have a Lodge 5 qt Dutch oven with a lid. And, I have a Lodge 10.25 inch skillet. The lid from the dutch oven fits the 10.25 skillet PERFECTLY!

No need to buy another lid!

Hi 78T140E,
I had thought about that, went to the garage to look for my D.O. and I must have put elsewhere. ( My age has caught up with me. I know it's here as I live alone so no one to blame but me. Your info is a big help, thank you.

Cheers,

I found the my D.O., it was in the utility room just off my kitchen inside the house. That's what's nice about living alone you can put anything anything anywhere.

Isn't it wonderful???

Cheers,

i use my dutch oven as a doorstop if you find the right sized camp dutch oven with the feet, the lid is smooth inside and can be used as a griddle
