Greek Balls
Description:
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 boxes frozen spinach, defrosted
  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 Tablespoon Montreal Steak Seasoning (or similar)
Instructions:

Preheat Egg or oven to 350-400

Squeeze the water out of the spinach, then separate or chop. Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Form into balls roughly the size of a golf ball. Egg or bake approximately 12 minutes. Serve with Greek tzatziki sauce.

Notes:

If you are doubling the recipe, only use 3 boxes spinach. I use the tzatziki from Costco.
