Description:Use for leftover turkey


sliced turkey

cooked bacon

cheese sauce

grated parmesan



Lay out toast on a baking sheet.  Cover toast with sliced turkey, then a couple strips of bacon (whole or crumbled).  Then pour the cheese sauce to cover and sprinkle with parmesan.  Bake @ 350 till the tops begin to brown.

Make a simple roux, add about a cup of milk & bring it to a boil. Once it thickens, stir in cheese. My wife prefers velveta, I prefer cheddar. You want the sauce to taste cheesy, but to your preference for type & strength.
