Ingredients: |
- 2-4 large Portabella Mushrooms
- 2 cans Rotel tomatoes with chile peppers
- 2-3 cups shredded cheese ( I prefer italian blend)
- 2 cups Italian salad dressing

Instructions: |
Remove stem from mushrooms
place in a large ziploc bag, pour in italian dressing let marinade for 30 minutes flipping the bag over a couple of times to coat mushrooms
Grill setuptemp 350-400 degrees direct heat remove mushrooms from bag place on grill gill side down for 2-3 minutes (lid closed)
after 2-3 minutes, turn mushrooms over and spoon on rotel tomatoes and cover with cheese
cook another 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted good. serve as appetizer or as side dish.
