Ingredients: |
- 2 bottles Louisiana Brand Cocktail Sauce
- 1 can Diced Rotel Tomatoes, drained well
- 1 medium Onion, chopped fine
- 3 Serano Peppers {Use Gloves When Handling!!!}, seeds removed, chopped fine
- 1 bunch Cilantro, leaves only - chopped fine
- 2-3 pounds Boiled Shrimp
- 2-3 medium To Large Avocados, cut in bite size pieces

Instructions: |
Mix all ingredients except avocados. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Add avocados about 2 hours before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips or crackers. "Scoops" make it easier to eat.
