Grilled Peaches with Pineapplehead Rub, Aged BV, Blue Cheese
Description:

This is not an original. A friend of mine made these on the egg and she got the recipe online somewhere.

Yummy

Ingredients:
  • Peaches
  • Dizzy Pig Pineapplehead rub
  • Aged Balsamic Vinegar
  • Blue Cheese Crumbles
Instructions:

Cut peach in 1/2 & remove seed

Get egg ready @ 350 direct heat

Sprinkle flat side with pineapllehead rub

Grill flat side down for 5 min.

Flip over & drizzle Aged BV over flat side

Add about 1 Tbsp of blue cheese crumbles to peach

Cook for 5 min.

ENJOY...These are SOOOO much better than they sound!
