Buster's Beans

1 Large can of Bush’s Original Baked Beans, drained
1 regular can of Bush’s Black Beans, drained
1 regular can of Bush’s Kidney Beans, drained
5 strips of bacon cut in one inch pieces (a little bulk sausage or BBQ wouldn’t hurt it)
1 large onion chopped
1 can Ro-Tel Original
1 pablano pepper coarsely chopped
1 green bell pepper coarsely chopped
1 yellow bell pepper coarsely chopped
1 red bell pepper coarsely chopped
4 tablespoons of molasses
2 tablespoons mustard powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Hot sauce to taste


Mix all ingredients and put in a rectangular baking dish. Place on a Big Green Egg or Weber Kettle over indirect heat, uncovered, with a stable temperature of 400. Cook for 2 hours stirring every 30 minutes.

Actually I use a cast iron dutch oven
