Ingredients: | 3 lb of Alaskan Cod
Yellow mustard
Italian dressing
Pepper
Lemon juice |
Instructions: | Smear Fish with lemon juice, yellow mustard, and Italian dressing.
Sprinkle pepper (coarse grind) over it
Let sit some time - the longer the better. Best if over night in a tuperware container.
Grill over plate setter 15 minutes per pound
Eat. |
