Tomato & Avocado Salad
Description:Easy and fast but very very good.

1/3 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2T sour cream
1T mayonnaise
1/2t grated lime rind ( zest)
1/4t minced fresh garlic
1/4t salt
1/8t cumin dash of red pepper

Combine above ingredients and process for 30 seconds until pureed. cover and chill Salad; 4 medium tomatoes chopped, 1 cup diced avocado, 1/4 cup chopped red onion Salt and Pepper to taste.

Instructions:Chop salad ingredients fine. mix with chilled dressing and serve.

what does this have to do with a big green egg? why don't your just tell us how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich?

Made this dressing because it I liked all of the ingrediants listed, and it was amazing. Thanks for the recipe Tennisbum.

I also added some hearts of palm to the salad. Refreshing and tasty.

Wife absolutely loved this. Almost tastes like ceviche without the fish. Good stuff and will make again
