Bacon Wrapped, Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Description:

Remove Stems from Mushrooms

Mix 2-3 TBL Spoons of favorite rub with tub of whipped cream cheese

Fill Mushroom caps with cheese mixture

Wrap each mushroom with 1 slice of bacon, and secure with 2 toothpicks

Grill direct at 300-325 degrees until bacon is crispy.

Turn frequently, and keep a close eye for flare ups.

Ingredients:

Regular sliced Bacon

Whipped Cream Cheese

Baby Portabello Mushrooms

Favorite Rub

Moistened toothpicks

I've never even heard of soy bacon, and would never consider buying such a vile thing.
