Ingredients: |
1 lb lean ground beef |
3 Tbs unflavored ground bread crumbs |
3 Tbs ketchup |
2 Tbs honey mustard |
10-15 Dash your favorite hot sauce |
¼ tsp salt |
1/8 tsp ground black pepper |

Instructions: | mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl and then form into patties. I usually make 3 patties from each pound of beef used. pre-heat your egg to around 700 degrees and then let it cool down to a cooking temperature of around 500-550 degrees. Place the burgers on the grill and cook away! Only flip the burgers once. I cook mine to medium rare or around 145 degrees. Now enjoy! |
