Ingredients: |
4 pork tenderloins 1 can coconut milk Spices for the flavor profile you choose Favorite rub |
Instructions: |
Add favorite spices to coconut milk and mix well. Put tenderloins in XL plastic bag. Pour marinade over tenderloins and store in fridge for 1 hour to overnight. When ready to cook, sprinkle favorite rub over tenderloins. Cook direct to sear, then indirect until desired temperature. (We cook to 140 internal temp) Slice, serve, enjoy! |
