Description: |
The University of Mizzouri has an annual Chili cookoff during the United Way campaign as a fund raiser. I was fortunate enough to win it in 2010 and then I retired. I was coaxed out of retirement this year to defend my title (LOL). Actually, I think the REAL reason is not that my chili is special but that I put a little bit of effort into the presentation...in 2010 we did a medical theme, IV bags, syringes for hot sauce, prescription bottles of oyster crackers, etc. This year it's GRAVE DIGGER CHILI - CRUSHING THE COMPETITION.
