For 10 # 4 Tb. salt 1 cup white vinagar 5 Tb. paprika 3 Tb. hot ground pepper 3 Tb. fresh garlic 1Tb. oregano 2 tsp. black coarse pepper 1 cup water 10 lbs. boned pork butts * Kari and would like to double ingredients, except for salt. |

Grind pork using a 3/8 plate. Add wet and dry ingredients, then hand mix into pork. Par. freeze, and grind again. Par freeze before sutffung. |
