Ingredients: | ¾ lb Ground Chuck
¾ lb Ground Sirloin
1-2 slices fresh bacon per burger
4-5 T of A-1 sauce
4-5 T Dizzy Pig Raising the Steak Rub
2 T Dijon Mustard
Few shakes Louisiana Hot Sauce (to taste)
Few shakes Worcestershire Sauce (to taste)
Few shakes (to taste) per patty of John Henry Mojave Garlic Pepper Rub on each patty after forming
1 small onion minced
½ green pepper minced
2-3 fresh garlic cloves minced
1 jalapeno pepper minced
4-6 Deli Baked Hamburger Buns

Instructions: | Fry bacon and allow to cool & drain. Break pieces in two for placing on burgers near end of cook (under cheese)
Mix all other ingredients except bacon, cheese, & JH Rub well but gently. Form into 4-6 patties.
Give each patty a few shakes of the JH Mojave Garlic Pepper Rub
Put in fridge and allow to setup for 30-60 mins.
Cook on egg 400 direct sear (CI grate on spider, down low near coals) 1-1 ½ mins per side and remove
Toss 3-4 small chunks of hickory in the egg and allow to start smoking
Place full size grate on top of fire ring
Place patties on grate 400 direct 3-5 minutes per side or to desired internal temp. Flip once. Add 2-3 pieces of fried bacon and top with 2 slices of preferred cheese near end to melt
Lightly toast 4-6 Sesame Seed buns or Kaiser Rolls. Place burger on roll, top with favorite dressings and enjoy!
